Evaluation and Comments:

Where The Wild Things Are is such a classic book that I grew up reading with and it's definitely something I would have in my classroom. The illustrations do a phenomenal job in brining readers into the story and showing the creation of the imaginary world and it's eventual disappearance as the story ends.

I would recommend this story for younger children since it presents a experience we can all relate to; creating a world in order to escape from reality.  With that, however, there's no place like home.

For activities, one fun thing students can do is that they can create their own Wild Thing Mask or they can let their imagination grow like Max's and create their own imaginative world.

In conclusion, Where The Wild Things Are has my seal of approval! 🥇😄
